The wine has aromas and flavors of fresh lime juice, stone fruits, and sweet herb and spice notes before a clean, dry finish.
This distinctive Sauvignon Blanc comes from sustainably grown parcels of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, often seasoned lightly with Viognier and Riesling. Picked at optimal ripeness, each variety is harvested and fermented separately. Grapes are destemmed and the free-run juice undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging on the lees to provide body and complexity before blending, fining, filtering and bottling.
