Œnotheque is the French word for Wine Library. For the rare and limited Œnotheque collection, Dom Perignon winemakers reserve a small portion of wine from the finest vintage years and age this wine on the lees in the cellars for up to 50 years, until time brings out it’s deepest, most coveted qualities.
