Langtry “Tephra Ridge Vineyard” Old Soldier Road Proprietary Red wine is barrel selected from the highest quality fruit grown on our acclaimed hillside vineyard. The low yielding vines with perfectly matured fruit create wines with intense aromas, structure and longevity. This wine has aromas of plum, dried apricot and spice. The tannins are intense, but with aging, will become smooth and enveloping. On the palate the fruit is ripe and dark with a cedar, vanilla finish

The Langtry Estate is located in the picturesque Guenoc Valley of Lake County. With over 23,000 acres of land, Langtry’s vast property spans throughout Lake County and into the northern tip of Napa Valley.
The winery itself was originally built in 1981 to resemble the old Langtry barn still standing across from the Gebhard Hunting Lodge two miles south of the winery.
