Until now, Domaine Henri Richard produces only red wines and is recognized for its Gevrey-Chambertin village ”Aux corvees” and its Grands Crus Charmes-Chambertin and Mazoyeres-Chambertin.
One can also enjoy a Marsannay ”En Larrey” and a marginal production of Bourgogne Ordinaire.
No yeast, no enzymes, no fining or filtration: the obligation to harvest ripe and healthy grapes, to extract without pump at the right time for the wine to be as clear as possible. The vines grow in a oceanic temperate climate with an average amount of sunshine of 1831 hours per year.
