Passadouro Ruby Reserva is foot-trodden and fermented in a traditional granite lagar. It matures for five years in 40-year-old Portuguese oak; this extended aging period results in an exceptionally complex Ruby Port.
Excellent with cheese, chocolate, or on its own as an aperitif or after-dinner drink.
