Roux Bourgogne Chardonnay is an entry-level wine harvested from vines resting in Cote de Beaune. Following harvest, this wine is decanted to reduce sediments and is then aged for six to eight months in stainless steel. This Chardonnay has persistent aromas of hazelnut, sugared chestnut, honey, butter, and spices. Enjoy with fish and shellfish, as well as soft and hard cheeses.
