Subsequently the wine is left to age for about 18 months in small wooden Alliers-barrels and refined for 14 months in the bottle. A deep rich ruby red color which is particularly bright. Dry and persistent taste, full and harmonic. Slightly tannic. Alcohol content 13,5°. Acidity 6%.
Technical notes

Producer
For years the wine-cellar Cantine Gini has been a synonym of good wine in a region where this excellent product represents history and culture.
It is located in the centre of Tuscany and produces high quality wines such as Chianti, Chianti Classico and Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
Thanks to a careful selection of the grapes, to modern machinery and to a qualified staff, Cantine Gini is able to satisfy the requirements of a large clientele both in Italy and abroad.
Our wine-cellar is located in the heart of Tuscany and settled inside an old farm cellar in a place called ”La Leccia”, reflecting our intention to keep and maintain these sites and tuscan traditions alive. In a region which lives of traditions and where those regarding the wine certainly belong to the most important ones, we feel obliged to respect them and to promote them with our products.
