Fragrant citrus and stone fruit on the nose with a touch of grassy, citrus blossom. Bright nectarine and zesty grapefruit flavors lead to a crisp, dry wine with the fresh hay notes typical of the variety. The wine has a long, complex finish. To retain the fresh, fruity flavors we age the Sauvignon Blanc in stainless steel tanks for 6 months on average.
