Giacomo Bologna (60% Barbera, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Can and 10% Merlot) - Medium red garnet with softer highlights. Fragrant nose of wild flowers, cherry, dark berries, coffee; but clean and modern. Soft sweet beginning building up to a mouth filling wine with great acidity and mild tannins. Good overall mouth feel-some viscosity. Very soft persistent finish concluding with just a hint of sweet tartness. Delightful to drink.
