Very typical and delicate
CHINGHIALE RATING 4.1
Deep red with some brick at the edges. Caramel, coffee, chocolate and cherries. Not as extracted as the other wines in the tasting. Elegant and balanced with good acidity to tannin balance and of course you can't forget the fruit-Raspberries, Cherries-wild berries. Mouth filling but more streamlined. A touch of bitterness at the end added to the complexity. A good food wine-Summer Barbecue anyone??
