ud boar points - The 2007 Pinot Noir Dussin Vineyard is sourced from the winery’s estate. Medium/dark ruby in color, it has an alluring perfume of balsam wood, incense, spice box, black cherry, and black raspberry. Rounder and softer than the Shea bottling, it can be enjoyed now but has enough structure to evolve for another 1-2 years.
CINGHIALE RATING 4.3
Medium red-orange highlights. Gorgeous nose of cherries, earth, leather and just a hint of oak. Very Burgundian in style and character. Elegant, velvety, smooth and balanced. Excellent fruit profile, cherries, raspberries with leather and earth supported by bright acidity and solid tannins. Extremely well made Pinot –one of the best we have tasted in a long while. Structured and solid all the way through. No Major weakness a fabulous Burgundian Pinot from Oregon
Aromas of dried rose petal, baked cherry pie and spice. Lush, textured palate with hints of sweet vanilla, blackberry and chocolate. Fine tannins move into a seamless, extended finish.
