SHIPPING INFO

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to ShopRite Liquors Laurenti Wines that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. Customer comments on their order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door” will be ignored!

We offer 3 shipping options:

  1. Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
  2. 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
  3. Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, ShopRite Liquors Laurenti Wines is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
 
Any products that state a 3-day lead time to confirm availability are products that must be ordered from our distributor. It takes approximately 3 business days (holidays may delay the order process) for us to receive the product. Once we receive the item from our wholesaler we will ship your order via the shipping method you chose during checkout. If you choose Second Day, Overnight, etc. we are not able to expedite your shipment if it is a 3-day lead time item because we still need 3-business days in order to receive the product from the wholesaler. We will ship the item the chosen service once the product arrives from the wholesaler. For example if you were to place an order for a 3-Day Lead Time Item for Overnight Delivery, we will order the product and then once we receive the item from our distributor we will ship the order out Overnight.
 
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. 
 
*We reserve the right to adjust quantity in order to fulfill orders; for example if you place an order for 12 bottles and only 7 are available we will adjust your order accordingly, revise payment and ship.
 
**Also please note that products are not guaranteed to come with original gift boxes or packaging. If this is something that you absolutely must have please contact us prior to ordering or specify in the special shipping instructions box. This often will result an additional shipping charge! Sometimes wholesalers do not have original gift boxes or packaging available and gift boxes do vary from state to state.


Typographical Errors

Once in a while, despite our best efforts, inaccuracies can occur on our site.  While we're all really a very sympathetic bunch over here, we can't honor prices which inacccurately make their way onto our site.  And we really mean "can't"!  We're legally bound to sell alcohol above our costs.

Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for discrepancies between the images in our product listings and what the product actually looks like. If you are confused and want to make sure you are getting the right product, please absolutely reach out to us if you have product label questions.
 
This includes bottle size questions or concerns! Each bottle's size is listed, we are not responsible if you are dissatisfied with the bottle size you ordered. If you order a half bottle we will ship a half bottle! If you are dissatisfied then the Return Policy will apply below.


Return Policy

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.  We are not able to offer a credit on the original shipping charge and are not responsible for the return shipping charge. If an order is processed and you decide to cancel this will be treated as a return (this applies to shipments and store pick ups).

If you believe your wine is damaged (corked or otherwise), please re-seal the bottle(s) with the remaining wine left and contact us to coordinate a return shipment. This must be done immediately in order for us to credit your account or provide you a re-shipment. Failure to follow these instructions will result in us not able to offer you a credit or a re-shipment.
 
If a package is returned to our facility due to the customer not being present to sign for the package and failing to pick it up at the carrier's facility, their order will be treated as a return. This includes orders that were shipped as gifts.
 
All returns must be made within a 10 day window from the time the product was delivered.

Adult Signature/Receiving of Orders

Please choose a shipping address where an adult will be present!  All packages must be signed for by someone at least 21 years of age.  Please be aware of this as packages cannot be left at your door.  Fed-Ex will attempt to deliver your package three times.  If no one is available to sign for the order, it will be held at the nearest hub for pick-up.  Someone must pick up the package, or otherwise Fed-Ex will ship it back to us, which we deem a return and subject to this return policy.


Shipping During Inclimate Weather

Please note that the extreme temperatures (hot and cold) can damage wine!  If you are concerned about the weather in your area please request a specific, more appropriate shipping date (in the "special shipping instructions") or choose a faster shipping method.

We do try to do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from temperature-related damage.  However, we do not take responsibility for packages damaged due to extreme weather conditions. **This includes if you were not present to sign for your package and the product resulted in weather related damages since it was overexposed to inclimate weather!


Where We Can't Ship!

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states: Alaska, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Utah.
